The American Audio MCD-810 plays both regular CDs and MP3 cds. An MP3 cd can hold up to 150 songs which means
I can create mp3 cds based on your music requests and have all your requested music available on one or two MP3 CDs. Your custum created cds along
with my extensive music libary will ensure plenty of music to have you and your guests dance the night away.
Some DJs use the new lighter plastic speakers-I don't. I use the Heavy duty commercial line cabinet speakers by JBL. The rich
deep refined sounds of these speakers are obvious.

Electro Voice speakers are probably used at more concerts, clubs, bars, etc... than any
other speaker manufactuer.

For a real party, for real dancing, for the best sound for your event you have to go with subwoofer. This subwoofer is pretty much necessary for events with medium to large size rooms with over 80
guests where dancing is the main requisit.
You won't find too many mobile DJs using the PLX series from QSC because it cost almost twice the price of amplifiers of similiar wattage. However,
the sound quality and reliability of this amplifier is outstanding.
During the set up of the sound system the equalizer is adjusted so that all the
different frequencies of sound fit the accustical body of the hall, room, etc... This 24 band equalizer for each channel allows more controll over
all frequencies which equates to a warmer subtle sound.
Do not allow your occasion to be ruined because your DJ used a VHF frequency microphone system. In New York City that frequency is
used by cab drivers. Because of this I carry the more expensive UHF wireless micrphone system.
The light system and set-up I use depends on what you are looking for. During ceremonies the lighting in the hall or
room is handled by photographers and video crew. My DJ light system is used when its time to dance and party.
